Política de reembolso
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all components and inserts included. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at customersupport@samsill.com. For orders fulfilled by Amazon (Buy with Prime), you can also begin a return using the return instructions included with your order. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package, so there is no need to look up a return address in advance. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom, personalized, or special-order products (such as customized clear-view binders or large-volume / bulk pallet orders) [CONFIRM: that this matches the custom and bulk options you actually offer]. We also cannot accept returns on clearance or final-sale items or gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement.
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received it, contact us at customersupport@samsill.com.
