Thank you for shopping with Samsill Corporation. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below, together with our Terms of Service.

Order processing
Orders are typically processed within [CONFIRM: 1 business day] after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Fulfillment and delivery
Most products are fulfilled by Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Items marked Buy with Prime qualify for fast, free delivery for eligible Prime customers, with the available delivery speed shown at checkout. Shipping rates

Order tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and a link to follow the delivery. Please allow some time for the carrier to record the first tracking scan.

Delivery times, delays, and risk of loss
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. Once an order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, consistent with our Terms of Service.

Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund [CONFIRM: whether reshipment may incur an additional shipping charge].

Damaged, lost, or missing packages
